Jadranka d.d. Supervisory board suggests to General Assembly of Jadranka d.d. payment of dividends after the annual financial report is being accepted.

Management Board and Supervisory Board of Jadranka d.d. are rating long term maximization of the owner's benefits and on the basis of an estimate suggest a balance between the dividends payment and development investment.

Jadranka d.d. General Assembly meeting is usually held in August and dividends are paid out at the beginning of October.
