Investments planned for 2007/2008

1. Reconstruction of hotel Aurora (404 accomm.units) from 3* to 4*

  • Construction work will be undertaken on 01.10.2007 and reopening date of the hotel is 31.05.2008.
  • New 4* hotel Aurora with a capacity of 391 accommodation units is planned to be designed as a wellness hotel
  • New Aurora offers top-quality wellness center facilities with indoor and external swimming pools, 5 saunas, jacuzzi, beauty center with Comfort zone brand under management of Biocosmetics from Zagreb
  • Congress center for 350 visitors
  • Rich gastronomy
  • In each segment of the hotel the promotion of project «Scents and flavours of Lošinj»  organized by Mali Lošinj tourist board will offer our guests a one-time experience.

 

Investments planned for 2008/2009

1. Reconstruction of hotel Vespera (404 accomm.units) from 3* to 4*

  • Reconstruction of hotel Vespera ( 404 accomm.units) from 3* to 4*
  • Construction work will be undertaken on 01.10.2008 and reopening date of the hotel is anticipated on 01.05.2009
  • New hotel Vespera 4* with a capacity of 404 accommodation units is planned to be designed as a family hotel

  • A rich entertainment programe for children of all ages
  • Specially designed leisure areas, outdoor playgrounds, gardens – a real children town
  • Rich gastronomy for all children's tastes

2. Construction of the external swimming pools Sunčana uvala

  • Construction work will be undertaken on 01.11.2008. with an anticipated reopening date of 01.05.2009
  • Implementation of an external leisure area - large aqua center of approx. 1.500m2 in surface, of which 900 m2 swimming pools constructed between hotels Aurora and Vespera
  • The swimming pools, planned to be constructed at few levels, and swimming pools designed specially for children make the new hotel offer even more attractive

 

Investments planned for 2009/2010

1. At the fall of 2009. started investment in a new bakery and patisserie in the Jadranka trgovina d.o.o. The value of investments is 7.3 million million kuna.

2. In Jadranka hotelima d.d. began the design for the reconstruction of the Hotel Punta entertainment center. The reconstruction of the hotel categorization raises from 3* to 4*.

Investments and development of Jadranka Group are coordinated by a Project manager within a a scope of work managed by Jadranka d.d. Management office and Legal Affairs and Investments department.

Project manager coordinates all developing projects in Jadranka Group.

Legal Affairs and Investments coordinate:

  • Property right relations for all properties owned by the Group
  • Registration of all the properties owned by the Group
  • Coordination of construction work, reconstruction of the facilities and other maintenance work
